Some of these programs offers very big money like $500 to $1000 for reading each e-mail they send while the other pay 0.1 cent to 1.0 cent per e-mail. Obviously no one can pay so big amounts for reading just their advertisement because with such a big amount, anyone can promote their products or services via television and/or other expensive means, like hording/glow sign boards etc. Even many other GPTR programs, which pay in cents are also bogus. They just make falls promises.

All you need to register and become their member. They would send Ads of their sponsors via e-mail everyday and you need to click a url, which takes you automatically to their login screen and once you logged-in you will be credited a certain amount to visit their sponsor’s site for a certain time period, say 10 seconds to 25 seconds.

But this is not all, you can earn money in even more ways on their website. You can get paid for playing games, signing-up to their sponsors’ websites, purchasing online etc.

But you can earn a big deal of money for promoting their website. If you bring more people to join them, you can earn good money. More people you make to join their website as members, more commission you will earn. Such people joining under you are called your referrals. For making more referrals, you can get your referral link and send it to your friends to click it and join. When your referrals reads their advertisements and get paid, you are credited a proportion of their earned money as commission. Thus, your earnings are increased. Even when your referrals make more referrals, you earn more money. Like this, you can earn money from 4 or 5 levels deep of your referrals. This way you can earn some extra bucks every month.
