We think this is a great idea they could just make an npc in every town that takes you to your house and also we think it would be an awesome idea cuz you can talk to your friends and be in private so random ppl do not have to know wat you are talking about and join in the conversation. You would not even need an npc to take you to your own house in MapleStory.
Just make a portal that takes you specifically to your house mini-dungeon style, like Sharky said. Just have a decoration around it like the entrance to some gated community. Next to it you can have an npc that will allow you to enter the name of the person whose house you want to go to, or even add a 'Random' option.
Imo users should be able to decide whether their houses can be public or private, so that people can take tours of other peoples' houses. Or, like Taiki said, you can set it to private when you have your little e-parties and stuff. Perhaps every house can have a "gate" npc in front of the house that will allow you to toggle this preference by "opening" and "closing" it. Deploy this system to major towns: Henesys, Orbis, Leafre, and you got yourself a housing system.
We suggest that Nexon should just take out the original classes since Cygnus Knights seem to have better skills which also include the original skills. From our point of view, Nexon adores hermits. The fact that they give them countless dexless weapons from levels 35-64, and knowing Nexon, they will probably come out with a level 70 dexless claw. Sure, they gave bandits a level 75 dexless weapon, but that is it, and they are very pricy, so not everybody could afford a half-decent one.
We thought the Thunder Breaker class and the Night Walker class would be fun just to try, as usual, the Night Walker class represents a hermit, and not a bandit. We went straight to the Thunder Breaker. Once meele always meele, except for our Hunter, he is cool. If they would take out original classes, we would simply quit, boycott the game, and so on.
That is like Fiesta making some new class like Pirates, they cover all the bases, so we think of something then they would take out all the other classes, which would ruin everybody's fun, just so Outspark could make a rigged class for all, also. We mean come on. That is the most ridiculous idea. You may like Cygnus more than normal classes. But it will be a huge slap in the face when you reach level 120.
And on top of all that, an additional idea: To avoid clustering/encourage location diversity, the prices of 'real estate' in specific areas can be high or low depending on the amount and value of the existing homes. So if you really want your house to be in Henesys, one of the main social centers of the game where everyone will want their luxurious mansion homes, you may have to fork over far more cash than you would in Orbis or Ludibrium. Just like in real life.
